Description

Tubular Vacuum Cooking Bags PA/PE Clear 150 x 250mm 90my

These tubular vacuum cooking bags measure 150 x 250 mm and have a thickness of 90 microns. The clear PA/PE film is designed for professional vacuum packaging and controlled cooking applications in commercial kitchens, catering and food-processing environments.

The bags are manufactured from tubular film and therefore have no side seams. They are intended for use with professional chamber vacuum machines and can be used for sous vide preparation and other controlled heat applications within the specified temperature and time limits.

At temperatures up to 100°C, the maximum exposure time is 2 hours. Between 100°C and 115°C, the maximum exposure time is 1 hour. From 80°C upwards, additional manufacturer conditions apply. For cold applications, the bags are suitable down to -40°C.
