Printing Paper Bags

To print paper bags, a design must first be created. Our manufacturer can print bags in up to four colors. Once the design is ready, rubber stamps are made and attached to a metal cylinder. During the printing process, the cylinder rotates quickly. However, due to the vibration of the rubber stamps, it is not advisable to create a design with fine lines or halftones, as these may not print as sharply.

Costs and Volume Discounts

The initial costs of printing paper bags mainly involve setting up the machine and attaching the stamps. However, once set up, it doesn't matter much whether you print 5000 or 50,000 bags. There is a volume discount for the paper, so the more bags you order, the lower the price per bag.

Delivery Time

The delivery time for printed paper bags is approximately 6 to 8 weeks after approval of the proof.
