Ordering and delivery

 

All boxes with containers are sold without matching lids unless the product title specifically indicates that it is a combo box with both containers and lids.

Orders can be placed through our website, by phone, or by email. You can pay for your order via the website using IDEAL, GIROPAY, BANCONTACT, SOFORT, CREDIT CARD, or by bank transfer. Regular customers can pay on account after a positive credit check. (Ask for the conditions).

Orders placed before 11:00 AM (if the products are in stock) will be shipped or loaded the same working day as much as possible if you choose to be delivered on our regular route.

If we ship your order on Friday with a delivery address in the Netherlands, it will usually be delivered the following Monday.

We stock over 4500 items. However, some products will need to be ordered. The average delivery time for these products is approximately 2 to 5 working days (excluding products with name printing). If you need one of these "order items" more often, we can keep them in stock for you (in consultation).

Orders are delivered with our own transport or shipped via a courier service. If no one is present at the time of delivery, the driver will usually leave a message with information to arrange a new appointment. (This only applies in the Netherlands) For questions about your delivery, you can contact our customer service via the contact form on the website or via info@horecavoordeel.com.


Shipping Costs

For orders that we can deliver to our regular customers on our regular routes with our own transport, no shipping costs are charged from €75.00 excluding VAT. For products that are delivered later from a backorder, no shipping costs are charged either.

  • Up to 11 boxes: The first box €11.50 and each additional box €2.50
  • For 11 to 20 boxes: €67.50
  • For 21 to 40 boxes: €130.00

Dutch Wadden Islands

  • Up to 11 boxes: The first box €16.50 and each additional box €12.50
  • For 11 to 20 boxes: €110.00
  • For 21 to 40 boxes: €215.00

Belgium

  • Up to 11 boxes: The first box €12.50 and each additional box €7.10
  • For 11 to 20 boxes: €75.00
  • For 21 to 40 boxes: €150.00

Luxembourg

  • Up to 11 boxes: The first box €16.50 and each additional box €10.50
  • For 11 to 20 boxes: €135.00
  • For 21 to 40 boxes: €240.00

France North

  • Up to 6 boxes: The first box €28.50 and each additional box €28.50
  • For 7 to 20 boxes: €175.00
  • For 21 to 40 boxes: €345.00

France South

  • Up to 12 boxes: The first box €36.50 and each additional box €36.50
  • For 12 to 20 boxes: €350.00

Germany

  • Up to 14 boxes: The first box €12.50 and each additional box €12.50
  • For 14 to 20 boxes: €175.00
  • Ruhr area (14 to 20 boxes): €120.00
