Ordering and delivery

Ordering & Delivery

All cartons containing trays are supplied without lids, unless the product title explicitly states it is a combo box (trays + lids).

You can place orders via our website, by phone, or by email. Payment options:

  • iDEAL, Giropay, Bancontact, Sofort, credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay
  • Bank transfer
  • On account for regular customers (after a positive credit check; ask for the terms)

Orders placed before 11:00 — if items are in stock — are shipped the same business day where possible, or loaded for delivery via our fixed route.

If your order is shipped on Friday to a Dutch address, delivery will normally take place on Monday.

We keep over 4,500 items in stock. Some products are ordered on demand; the average lead time for these is 2–5 business days (excluding personalised/printed items). Need such an “order-on-demand” item more often? We can keep it in stock for you by arrangement.

Deliveries are made with our own fleet or via a courier service. If no one is present at the time of delivery, the driver will usually leave a note with details to arrange a new appointment (Netherlands only).

Pick-up by your own carrier is also possible.
You may arrange collection with a carrier of your choice. Please email us the shipping labels in advance.
After receiving the labels, we will confirm the warehouse address(es) and when your order will be ready for pick-up.


Risk and responsibility transfer to the customer upon handover to the customer’s carrier.
Horecavoordeel is not liable for loss, damage or delays during transport by the customer’s carrier.
The customer is responsible for arranging adequate transport insurance.
Pick-up is possible by appointment only.

Netherlands

  • Up to 11 boxes: The first box €11.50 and each additional box €2.50
  • For 11 to 20 boxes: €67.50
  • For 21 to 40 boxes: €130.00

Dutch Wadden Islands

  • Up to 11 boxes: The first box €16.50 and each additional box €12.50
  • For 11 to 20 boxes: €110.00
  • For 21 to 40 boxes: €215.00

Belgium

  • Up to 11 boxes: The first box €12.50 and each additional box €7.10
  • For 11 to 20 boxes: €75.00
  • For 21 to 40 boxes: €150.00

Luxembourg

  • Up to 11 boxes: The first box €16.50 and each additional box €10.50
  • For 11 to 20 boxes: €135.00
  • For 21 to 40 boxes: €240.00

France North

  • Up to 6 boxes: The first box €31.50 and each additional box €31.50
  • For 7 to 20 boxes: €175.00
  • For 21 to 40 boxes: €345.00

France South

  • Up to 12 boxes: The first box €36.50 and each additional box €36.50
  • For 12 to 20 boxes: €350.00

Germany

  • Up to 14 boxes: The first box €19.50 and each additional box €19.50
  • For 14 to 20 boxes: €175.00
  • Ruhr area (14 to 20 boxes): €135.00

Shipping to the following countries is only available via Pick-up (delivery by own carrier):

  • Spain – Delivery via Pick-up only
  • Portugal – Delivery via Pick-up only
  • Austria – Delivery via Pick-up only
  • Denmark – Delivery via Pick-up only
