Exchange and Return
At Horecavoordeel we strive to deliver all orders complete and without errors. But if you are not satisfied with your order, we are always ready to initiate the return process.
Contact our customer service via the contact form on the website, by telephone on +31 (0)255 756 356 or send an email with the order number, the relevant article numbers and the reason to info@horecavadventure.com and we will guide you in the return process.
Please note that products specially ordered for you cannot be returned unless they are damaged. In the event of an incorrect order, the costs for the return shipment are for your own account.
Check on returns
Upon receipt of the return, the products will undergo a close inspection to assess their condition and determine whether they can be resold. Important criteria include that the product packaging must be unopened and undamaged, without any descriptions or markings. If the product is in acceptable condition, a credit note will be issued and the purchase amount will be refunded via the same payment method as the original purchase was made. For payments made with IDEAL, GIROPAY, BANCONTACT, SOFORT, and CREDIT CARD, the refund will be handled by Stripe. Refunds for purchases made via bank transfer will also be made via bank transfer.
The returns process usually takes no more than a week.
