At Horecavoordeel we strive to deliver all orders complete and without errors. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are always ready to initiate the return process.

Please contact our customer service via the contact form, by phone at +31 (0)255 756 356 or by sending an email with the order number, the relevant article numbers and the reason for return to info@horecavoordeel.com. We will guide you through the return process.

Please note: products that are specially ordered for you cannot be returned unless they are damaged. In case of an incorrect order, the return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Inspection procedure for returns

All returns are carefully checked according to our ISO and BRC quality standards. This means that products can only be resold if the original packaging is completely unopened, undamaged and without markings.

⚠️ Important: For reasons of food safety and in accordance with our ISO and BRC quality standards, we cannot take back opened sleeves, partially used boxes or damaged packaging. These returns will therefore not be credited.
⚠️ Please note: Returns must always be sent to the return address provided by our customer service. Shipments sent without prior agreement to another address (for example our office address) cannot be processed. These returns will not be credited and will be destroyed.

If the return is in acceptable condition, we will issue a credit note and refund the purchase amount via the same payment method. For payments made with iDEAL, GiroPay, Bancontact, Sofort and Credit Card, this will be refunded through Stripe. For bank transfers, the refund will also be processed via bank transfer.

The return process usually takes no more than one week.
