This category contains aluminium containers, trays, baking moulds and matching lids for preparing, packaging, presenting and transporting a wide range of foods. The assortment includes compact meal containers, large catering and serving trays, grill and barbecue trays and aluminium moulds for baked products.

Aluminium is suitable for oven use and can be used for lasagne, moussaka, gratinated dishes, meat, fish, vegetables and other hot or cold foods. Aluminium containers and trays are not suitable for microwave use.

Different Rim Types

The way an aluminium container can be covered depends on its rim:

• Raised rim: On suitable models, the edge can be folded over a matching cardboard insert lid.
• Rolled rim: Has a rounded, flat edge and is used without a matching insert lid.
• Ready4use version: Selected containers can be combined with a clear RPET lid for visible presentation. The plastic lid must be removed before the container is placed in the oven.

Aluminium Meal Containers and Lids

Small and medium-sized meal containers are suitable for takeaway dishes, oven meals, separate meal components and complete portions. Cardboard or PE-coated insert lids are available for selected models. The correct lid is shown at the bottom of each compatible product page under Matching products.

Catering, Serving and Gastronorm Trays

For buffets, catering orders and larger quantities, the range includes spacious rectangular and oval serving trays, gastronorm containers and Smarty pans. Selected serving trays fit into catering boxes with corresponding dimensions, allowing the contents to be presented and transported in a protected package.

Grill, Barbecue Trays and Baking Moulds

Aluminium grill and barbecue trays keep meat, fish, vegetables and smaller ingredients together during preparation. Aluminium baking moulds are intended for cakes, pies, quiches, bread, pastries and other oven-baked products that can be presented in the same mould after baking.
