Portion Cups and Lids

Portion Cups and Lids

This category contains portion cups and matching separate lids for portioning and packing small quantities of sauces, dressings, condiments, toppings and other additions. The compact cups are available in different capacities and designs, allowing them to be matched to the required portion.

Portion cups are used during meal preparation, for takeaway orders, catering and counter service. Depending on the product, the cup is offered separately or can be combined with a matching lid from the same series.

Smaller capacities are suitable for sambal, wasabi, ginger, herbs and concentrated condiments. More spacious portion cups can be used for dressings, dips, toppings and other separate meal components.

Portioning ingredients separately keeps the quantity clear and allows the addition to be supplied apart from the main dish. The exact application depends on the material, capacity and available lid combination.

Portion cups are available in different plastic materials and shapes. The material and rim design determine which lid fits the cup and which applications the packaging is suitable for.

• Transparent portion cups: Keep the contents visible during preparation and service.
• Different capacities: For small condiments, standard portions and larger additions.
• Separate lids: Sold separately for compatible cups and product series.
• Different materials: Check the material and intended use of each product.

Not every lid fits every portion cup. In addition to diameter, the rim shape, product series and material combination also determine compatibility. Only combine a cup with the lid stated for that specific product.

When a matching lid is sold separately, it is shown at the bottom of the product page under Matching Products. This allows the correct combination to be selected without relying only on an approximately similar size.

This category contains portion cups and separate lids that can be ordered individually. Products in which cups and lids are supplied together in one package can be found under Sauce Cups with Separate Lids. Versions with an attached lid are listed under Sauce Cups with Attached Lids.

• Product types: Separate portion cups and matching lids
• Materials: Various plastic materials, depending on the product
• Capacities: Compact and larger portion sizes
• Lids: Sold separately for confirmed cups and series
• Applications: Sauces, dressings, condiments, toppings and small additions
• Use: Portioning, preparation, presentation and takeaway

Select the portion cup according to the required capacity, dimensions and material. Then check which lid belongs to the selected version. When available, the matching separate lid is shown at the bottom of the product page under Matching Products.
