Ordering, delivery & returns
Orders placed on working days before 11:00 AM are, provided the items are in stock, generally dispatched the same working day or scheduled for delivery via a fixed delivery route.
We offer more than 10,000 products. Many items are available directly from stock. If, after placing your order, an item is temporarily on backorder, we will contact you with the expected delivery time.

When your order is shipped by a carrier, you will generally receive a Track & Trace message at the e-mail address provided with your order. This allows you to follow the expected delivery time. If you have not received a message, please also check your junk or spam folder.
Where possible, please use the Track & Trace information to ensure that someone is available to receive the order. If a shipment cannot be delivered, further handling is determined by the carrier. A new delivery attempt may result in additional shipping costs.

Many of our products are intended for direct or indirect contact with food. Once packaging has been opened or the hygienic protection has been broken, we can no longer guarantee the quality and hygienic condition of the contents to a subsequent customer with the same degree of certainty. Opened or partially used packages of products for which hygiene or food contact is relevant cannot therefore generally be returned.
