The IP190 tray sealer is a professional stainless steel sealing machine for closing suitable meal trays and menu trays with sealing film. A heated sealing element bonds the film to the compatible sealing rim of the tray.
A suitable sealing die is required to use the machine. The die holds the tray in the correct position during the sealing process. Different dies are available for different tray formats, allowing the machine to be used with several types of compatible packaging trays.
The IP190 accepts film rolls up to 190 mm wide. The sealing film and die should be selected according to the material and dimensions of the tray being used.
Ordering, delivery & returns
Orders placed on working days before 11:00 AM are, provided the items are in stock, generally dispatched the same working day or scheduled for delivery via a fixed delivery route.
We offer more than 10,000 products. Many items are available directly from stock. If, after placing your order, an item is temporarily on backorder, we will contact you with the expected delivery time.

When your order is shipped by a carrier, you will generally receive a Track & Trace message at the e-mail address provided with your order. This allows you to follow the expected delivery time. If you have not received a message, please also check your junk or spam folder.
Where possible, please use the Track & Trace information to ensure that someone is available to receive the order. If a shipment cannot be delivered, further handling is determined by the carrier. A new delivery attempt may result in additional shipping costs.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please always contact us first. We will be happy to look at the best solution together with you.
Many of our products are intended for direct or indirect contact with food. Once packaging has been opened or the hygienic protection has been broken, we can no longer guarantee the quality and hygienic condition of the contents to a subsequent customer with the same degree of certainty. Opened or partially used packages of products for which hygiene or food contact is relevant cannot therefore generally be returned.
Please check carefully before opening the packaging that you have received the correct item, size, material and product type. If you are unsure, please contact us first.
