PP Side Gusset Bags

PP side gusset bags are transparent plastic packaging bags with expandable side gussets and a sealed bottom. The gussets open as the bag is filled, providing additional space for products that require more volume than a standard flat bag.

This category includes standard 30-micron OPP side gusset bags and 35-micron anti-fog side gusset bags. The standard versions can be filled both manually and by machine and are suitable for products such as biscuits, chocolate and sweets. Anti-fog versions are intended for fresh products such as vegetables, where condensation should be reduced.

Depending on the size and application, side gusset bags can be used either lying flat or standing upright. Separate cardboard bases are available in gold, black and red for selected larger sizes. These inserts provide additional support at the bottom and help create a neat presentation.
