Insert ring for MetalPack Hand Sealer Type 290
The insert ring for the MetalPack Hand Sealer Type 290 is a critical component for accurate and reliable tray sealing. Each insert ring is custom milled and can only be produced after receiving drawings and/or sample trays, ensuring a precise fit for the specific tray type.
The insert ring is placed on the machine base table or on an adapter plate, depending on tray size. The underside of the insert ring matches the base table or adapter plate, while the upper side aligns perfectly with the tray to be sealed. This ensures stable positioning and consistent sealing quality.
Each insert ring is equipped with a silicone cord, providing support at the correct contact points and offering thermal insulation. A separate insert ring is required for each tray type. Insert rings are quick and easy to change, keeping the machine flexible for multiple applications.

Note: a separate insert ring is required for each tray type. An adapter plate may be required depending on tray dimensions.
Ordering, delivery & returns
Orders placed on working days before 11:00 AM are, provided the items are in stock, generally dispatched the same working day or scheduled for delivery via a fixed delivery route.
We offer more than 10,000 products. Many items are available directly from stock. If, after placing your order, an item is temporarily on backorder, we will contact you with the expected delivery time.
If you would like to make sure an item is in stock before ordering, please feel free to contact us by telephone, WhatsApp, e-mail or through the contact form on our website. We will be happy to check the current stock for you.
When your order is shipped by a carrier, you will generally receive a Track & Trace message at the e-mail address provided with your order. This allows you to follow the expected delivery time. If you have not received a message, please also check your junk or spam folder.
Where possible, please use the Track & Trace information to ensure that someone is available to receive the order. If a shipment cannot be delivered, further handling is determined by the carrier. A new delivery attempt may result in additional shipping costs.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please always contact us first. We will be happy to look at the best solution together with you.
Many of our products are intended for direct or indirect contact with food. Once packaging has been opened or the hygienic protection has been broken, we can no longer guarantee the quality and hygienic condition of the contents to a subsequent customer with the same degree of certainty. Opened or partially used packages of products for which hygiene or food contact is relevant cannot therefore generally be returned.
Please check carefully before opening the packaging that you have received the correct item, size, material and product type. If you are unsure, please contact us first.
