Clear EVOH side-seal vacuum bag measuring 200 x 500 mm and 80 microns. Elongated high-barrier format with excellent oxygen protection for professional use.
These EVOH side-seal vacuum bags measuring 200 x 500 mm have a narrow, elongated format for professional vacuum packaging of food products requiring a high level of protection against oxygen. The clear multilayer film has a thickness of 80 microns and incorporates an EVOH barrier layer.
The EVOH layer provides a very high oxygen barrier and helps protect aroma and product quality. This high-barrier construction provides enhanced protection for products requiring greater control of oxygen transmission than standard vacuum bags.
The combination of a 200 mm width and 500 mm length makes this format particularly suitable for longer or narrow portions of meat, fish, cheese, processed meats and prepared foods. The clear film keeps the contents readily visible. These smooth side-seal bags are designed for professional chamber vacuum machines.
