Gas canisters for culinary torches, suitable as fuel for targeted heating and finishing of food. For applications including caramelising, gratinating and melting. Always check compatibility with the torch connection.
These gas canisters for culinary torches are intended as fuel for a compatible kitchen torch. They can be used in professional kitchens, catering and other foodservice environments where dishes are finished using a direct flame.
A culinary torch can be used for applications such as caramelising sugar, gratinating dishes, melting cheese and quickly browning food surfaces. The larger pack size is practical for professional environments where a culinary torch is used regularly.
Always check that the gas canister connection is compatible with the culinary torch being used.

Once packaging has been opened or the hygienic protection has been broken, we can no longer guarantee the quality and hygienic condition of the contents to a subsequent customer with the same degree of certainty. Opened or partially used packages of products for which hygiene or food contact is relevant cannot therefore generally be returned.
Please check carefully before opening the packaging that you have received the correct item, size, material and product type. If you are unsure, please contact us first.
