Enterpack System

The Enterpack 350 system is a small, complete semi-automatic packaging system. The machine measures 35x45x41cm, making it easy to place behind almost any counter.

Features of the Enterpack System

The system automatically seals the accompanying PP topseal trays with an Enterclear PP or PET film. This sealing film is placed in the box on the machine, after which it is automatically unrolled, keeping the film protected from moisture and dirt.

One of the great features of this system is that the excess film is automatically cut off, ensuring that each tray looks professional on the outside.

Compatibility

The Enterpack 350 can be combined with the rectangular 19x15cm and also the rectangular 23x19cm sealing molds. Each sealing mold can package topseal trays of different heights. The sealing mold must be ordered separately.

Applications of the Enterpack System

This system is ideal for packaging meat, fish, nuts, tapas, olives, sauces, meals, salads, vegetables, and fruits. Both cold and hot products can be packaged on the Enterpack. Each package is leak-proof, airtight, and odor-tight. The end product is perfectly presented to the consumer, partly because the film is neatly cut off.

Simple Packaging Process

The Enterpack is characterized by the great simplicity with which products are packaged. By following these three steps, the products are always well packaged:

1. Place the tray with the product on the input plate.
2. The product automatically descends into the mold, the drawer closes, the product is packaged, and the drawer opens again.
3. Remove the packaged product from the input plate and discard the excess film.

Consistent Quality

Since the Enterpack automatically handles the packaging, each package is consistently of high quality. The machine can package approximately 8 trays per minute.
