A wonderful example of up-cycling is compostable bagasse, made from surplus natural material from sugar production. It is biodegradable under controlled composting conditions and turns into soil within a few weeks during composting.

Another sustainable option is RPET, made from recycled plastic bottles. This material is not only environmentally friendly, but also strong and durable.

Our bagasse products can withstand a temperature of up to +100°C (microwarmable) and the corresponding RPET lids are made from 100% recycled material and can withstand a temperature of up to +70°C. Multiple types of lids are available for some containers, including bagasse, RPET and microwave safe PP material, allowing you to create the perfect combination for your specific needs.
